SEO Karachi provides search engine optimization consulting and implementation services, including but not limited to:
• On-page and technical SEO optimization
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile management
• Link building and off-page SEO strategies
• Content strategy and optimization
• SEO audits and competitive analysis
• Ecommerce SEO for online stores
While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, no SEO professional can guarantee specific rankings on Google or any other search engine. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties, and results depend on numerous factors beyond our control. We commit to transparent reporting and data-driven strategies designed to improve your organic visibility.
As a client, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and website
• Grant necessary access to your website, hosting, and analytics platforms
• Review and approve content and changes before publication
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines
Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. General terms include:
• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month
• Project-based fees may require upfront deposit as specified in the proposal
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Wise
• Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period
All content, design, code, and materials on the SEO Karachi website are the intellectual property of Areesh Ishtiaq unless otherwise stated. You may not:
• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any website content without written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or proprietary materials for commercial purposes
SEO deliverables created specifically for clients (content, reports, audits) belong to the client upon full payment.
We treat all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
SEO Karachi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for losses resulting from search engine algorithm changes, technical issues with third-party platforms, or actions taken by search engines.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
• All outstanding fees become immediately payable
• Client retains ownership of all completed deliverables
• Access credentials provided to us will be revoked
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
